      Pencil-mustachioed Thaddeus von Deusdaht diagonally parks his speckled-from-solar-oxidation, non-sparkling-finish silver sedan near the trailhead in the Dormont Park (vicinal to the southern Pittsburgh neighborhood of Banksville) surface lot along Annapolis Avenue. The a-tad-old-but-still-humming-along-satisfactorily Audi A4 is the seventh vehicle resting on the modest, asphalt-with-a-street-facing-concrete-section, guardrail-back-wrapped apron.  

      The sprightly, early-40-something, interracial couple grabs their chrome thermos-insulated coffees and commences their usual Sunday morning trek. The March 8th (2015) air is chilly (39° F; 4° C) and the sky is overcast at 9:45 AM.
