You might be wondering why I've decided to produce this booklet, and you might also be asking what has motivated me to offer up my own thoughts and opinions to those people that may choose to read them here.

What knowledge, skills or authority could I possibly have that might support what I put down here, in order to let me spout my advice to others? These are fair questions which I'll happily answer.
