Minimalism - Why less important is more
Confucius once said: Life is simple, but we insist on making it complicated. In these words is much truth. Many people load up too much on personal and professional life, they constantly are characterized unplugged. Some find a way out of the constant stress, which can make even ill. I have tips and advice for a minimalist life gathered for you, using those can slow down your lives and make uncomplicated. The best part: A few of them can be implemented already in one hour!
Followers of minimalism favor the simple life: Little consumption, clearer wardrobe, food without packaging. At the beginning of the movement about ten years ago, minimalist people had mainly via blogs in the network exchange. Meanwhile, there are many German places regular meetings.
Moreover, I think the minimalism even has a certain appeal. The advantages are so obvious. Less unnecessary things, fewer distractions, better energy and creative drive, and so on. So probably for one or the other a super condition.
Minimalism does not mean to renounce luxury
Live Minimalist is not wholly that you live in a white apartment and sell your car, or you untie from your savings and do without the holiday and leisure activities need. Or rather, you manage free space in your life, where you relief from unnecessary stuff by ballast and by end relationships that you previously than comrade - / have rated Friendship looking. You live not necessarily less; instead, you separate yourself from unnecessary things and therefore find more time, like to focus on the important elements in your life. In the confrontation of a closet full of barely worn fashion or 100 pair of elegant shoes and a friendship, a great love or adventure in every day life, you will not have to think long term, what you mean and what more you put real value. Exactly this engages the principle of minimalism and you can perform as a physical and inner liberation, where you separate them from the less important things and stick your energy in your relationship, camaraderie or your activities during free time.
Minimalism is associated not only with the redemption of unnecessary things instead with a deliberate and mindful self-management. Be honest: how much funds you have, for example, in the last calendar month spent on unimportant things, rather than you to meet with your friends and to make you a nice evening? What added value brings you a piece of furniture that belongs luxury in the category and is correspondingly expensive? Why Minimalism is becoming increasingly popular and has become a creative, independent living concept, is that more and more people realize that the fast pace and the focus produce no luck on possessions. There is a requirement for either the scope of the exemption from unnecessary things, yet for your start for a reduced life. You alone decide when, by what and how you separate yourself and minimalist want to live.
What you need and what you need absolutely not? Want to get the liberation from constraints and you self-imposed regulations start, you catch most comfortable on a small scale. You separate yourself from things that are dispensable for you and provide no added value.
