Every Christian needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ghost), but the question is how? Filling with the Holy Spirit is the main and fundamental area of the gospel. Being filled with the Holy Ghost is important and necessary because you cannot do anything for God, as far as ministry is concerned, without the Holy Spirit. You cannot represent God; you cannot be involved in God's projects without the Holy Spirit. You cannot know or please God without the Holy Spirit and faith. He who sees him sees the Holy Spirit. You cannot be a Christian without him. Knowing Jesus Christ is knowing the Holy Ghost. D.L. Moody once said, "The work of the spirit is to impact life, to implant hope, to give liberty, to testify of Christ, to guide us into all truth, to teach us all things, to comfort the believer, and to convict the world of sin." Trying to do God's work in your own strength or power is the most confusing, exhausting, and tedious of all work. But when you are filled with the Holy Spirit, then the ministry of Jesus just flows out of you.
I had been for several years experienced an encounter with the Holy Spirit (what people called baptism of the Holy Spirit) going by what people were seeing every day in my ministry here. This is an apostolic ministry. Not just a ministry, but an apostolic one! So, I would like to tell you how you can be filled with the supernatural power to perform miracles; how to have an encounter with the Holy Spirit.

Jesus summoned his twelve disciples (including you and I) and gave them power and authority over unclean spirits; to cast them out and to heal every kind of sickness and to cure every kind of disease (Mathew 10:1).

Each of every born-again believer or Christian had been endowed with supernatural powers to do exploit in his or her field or area of calling. Christ called his disciples including you and gave them power and authority to accomplish three or more things which are: To cast out unclean spirits or devil's or evil spirits from people who were possessed by Satan influence.
