About this ebook
I wrote this book because life has taught me to overcome adversity and not be a victim to my own story. I was hoping you could take responsibility for the good decisions made and the decisions that ended up teaching me a life lesson. From my own experience, I want to accompany you in your evolution and show you that there is another point of view when looking at things, which makes me have the satisfying life that I have today.
This is not only a self-improvement book, and it is the path to your happiness, where you are the protagonist of your play, and the actors will change as your life evolves.
You will improve your relationships, your health, your economy, and you will question your beliefs, what you have acquired, and what beliefs do not match the life you want to have.
For many years, I knew what I did not want, what I would not accept, what I would not do until the day came when I asked myself: What do I want? And this is where we fail most of the time, we don't know what we want, and if you don't know what you want, you can't achieve it. You have to decide what you want, and so you can achieve it, learn to create a measurable goal so that you can recognize it the day you achieve it. In this process, you will learn to give yourself value, and you will value yourself so much that you will see that your life has a lot of meaning for the simple fact of being alive.
Thank you for buying this book, for investing in you, and, if given to you, I am sure that it comes from a person who has high esteem for you, someone who recognizes your merit, and who feels a deep affection for you.
Now, dear reader, I want you to find a comfortable corner to continue reading. Permit yourself to take a few minutes for yourself.
Get yourself something to drink and make yourself comfortable.
If you do not have much time, this will not be an excuse to stop reading; always carry the book with you and take advantage of the short moments to read.
Example: in the subway, train, bus, in the car, if you are not behind the wheel, in the supermarket queues, or in the park when you go out with your children. Better to read little than nothing; a 30-minute reading at the end of the week is 210 minutes, equivalent to 3 and a half hours of weekly reading and, after a month, you will have read 14 hours.
When you are done reading this book, you will have gained a lifetime of experience in just a few short hours. The stories are interesting to follow, and the challenging concepts have been made easy to understand. So get ready to broaden your horizons and adjust your expectations because you are in for one hell of a ride!

You will Wish to be Born Again - Malia Kōnane
DISADVANTAGES OF READING THIS BOOK
There is only one effective help: that you decide to get involved, to face the situation you are living in now, both physically, emotionally, and mentally.
You will learn that you are solely responsible for your life, and only you can make the change. You will have to forgive, make a commitment to yourself, and step out of your comfort zone again and again.
And when you walk this path, your desire to contribute to the world will be so great that you will feel the moral obligation to share this information with the people closest to you; there will be no turning back. The protagonist of your new story is you.
I WELCOME YOU TO THIS new change ...
Welcome, dear reader, dear reader, to your new story.

I transformed my life by taking this journey and, by sharing it with my loved ones, they transformed their lives too.
Happiness is love; he who knows how to love is happy.
Can you help me turn this world into a world of love?
WE START YOUR TRANSFORMATION
Point out, comment , and summarize everything that you consider important in the book and everything that is teaching for you. Make your reading active and not passive reading. Have a notebook handy where you can make your notes, and for times when you can't do them (for example, supermarket queue), have a highlighter handy.
I also recommend that you start using an agenda or planner to reserve at least thirty minutes for reading this book.
You must have the clarity to discover the lifestyle you want to have and focus on your day-to-day.
Now is the time to become aware of your current state of satisfaction in the different areas of your life, and for this, I invite you to complete The wheel of life
or a life map.
I use this tool in personal coaching sessions and the Wheel of Life
for love in coaching couples.
It is important that you do this exercise for yourself and, to chart a path towards your evolution, you need to be honest with yourself. We will see we reflect the satisfaction and effort you are dedicating to each area of your life.
If you commit to reading the book carefully and do the exercises that I propose, you will acquire the basis for excellence; I'll talk about that in my second book, how to become an excellent person.
It is important not to confuse perfection with excellence because they are two different things.
Perfection: wanting to achieve something impossible because human beings are imperfect, we make mistakes, and everything does not always go as we wish or plan.
Perfectionists have a point of view that anything that is not perfect is unacceptable. If it's not perfect, I'm not good enough, and this takes a lot of time and energy, and I know this from my own experience.
It is difficult to accept that we want to be perfect, and we often do not see it; it takes time, sometimes even years, to realize it. I did not see it, but repeated over and over again:
If I can do things right, why will I do them wrong? Has no sense. If I need two more minutes, I take it, but the task will be well done.
She cleaned every day from everyday things like cleaning the house, and if she planned a visit, cleaning the home turned out to be a deep cleaning. It was not two minutes; depending on the task, it ended up being hours. I lost track of time completely because I was focused on the result, which had to be perfect.
However, when I visited my friends' house - and some were messier than others - they seemed to be calm and, unlike me, they were surprised when they arrived at my house, and they repeated over and over again each time who visited me: «How clean and clean your house is, Paty.»
Having a girl at home, they expected toys everywhere, or that time would not be enough for me to have the house under control because I also worked outside the home. That was not a challenge for me.
My challenge was to lose the pregnancy kilos and eat healthily, and not because I didn't eat well, but because I had always been a very athletic and fit person; I ate healthy because that's how my mother taught me to eat since I was little, and I hadn't been on any diet.
And when I tried it for the first time, I remember that I made it through Monday with success, but I had already met a friend for lunch by Tuesday. We had ordered the food already seated in the restaurant, and we had ordered the food and, once it was served to me and I saw the plate, I remembered that I was on a diet. That diet completely failed because they
