elf-aware people go through life successfully. Everything seems to be easier for them and they do not torment themselves with superfluous worries. You feel good around them and they seem to be much more satisfied than you are. Professional successes just fall to them and they reap praise and recognition from superiors and colleagues. In their private lives, too, everything runs like clockwork, they are popular and are gladly asked for advice, since they always seem to know what to do. However, they refrain from boasting and do not show off unnecessarily to reinforce the impression that they are particularly enviable. It is their charisma that makes up their charm.
Unfortunately, many people are not naturally self-confident, but have yet to acquire this quality. The reasons for a lack of self-confidence can be diverse and often consist of a variety of factors. It is not uncommon for the foundation to be laid in childhood, but this need not necessarily be the case. The consequences of a lack of self-confidence, on the other hand, are usually similar. Those affected are often afraid of rejection or of failing, and it is precisely this fear that prevents them from leading a self-determined life. They have difficulty expressing their feelings and needs, which makes their social life more difficult. It is difficult for them to start something new, because doubts and worries arise immediately. Many dreams remain unfulfilled due to the pronounced insecurity, because the courage to take the first step is missing and fears of possible setbacks prevail. But don't worry, it is definitely possible to find out the origins of your own insecurity and to strengthen your self-confidence through various methods! You have already taken the first step. You have realized that you want to strengthen your self-confidence and are ready to deal with the topic. Awareness is always the first step towards improvement and from now on it can only go forward.
