    Intermittent Fasting is more of a lifestyle choice than a diet. The method allows you to eat whatever you want, whenever you want, as long as you stick to a low-carb or Ketogenic diet. However, exercising caution when eating whatever you want or whenever you want it might be damaging to your health. Fasting is intended to rid the body of toxins and harmful components that are slowing you down and causing you to gain weight.

    When it is stated that you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, means that you must make healthy, balanced choices. You should only eat when you are hungry and at a set period on your fasting plan. But even then, ask yourself if you are truly hungry or if it is something else, such as boredom.
