About The Author
INTRODUCTION
There’s a world that’s looking for a God but don’t know who He is. They search for him through superheroes and ancient mythology. Many seek ways to connect to the cosmic and supernatural forces all in search for peace and meaning to life.
One thing that many can agree on albeit through differing beliefs and religions is the presence of an existence higher than man. Natural disasters such as the recent COVID 19 pandemic, tsunamis and earthquakes put the power of man in perspective and it becomes clear that greater forces exists in this world.
Today we live in a time where more than ever, people are looking for an answer to some of life’s toughest questions. Life is constantly throwing new questions at us, but humanity doesn’t seem to know where to look. Many people are moving in all directions in desperate search of the right answer. It has become an endless search with the need to go farther and farther for answers. We live in a day and age where we are even going beyond earth for answers. Numerous organizations are venturing into space trying to make space travel a reality all in the hope it will satisfy curious minds. Friends, the answer does not lie in the most distant part of space and no satisfaction will be met.
So, whether through dreams, visions, prophecy, horoscopes or even the metaphysical as known in science, we as humans are designed to seek answers to fill the longing for more within us. The problem is some search their whole lives not finding it. King Solomon with all the wisdom God gave him, went on a pursuit to find all the answers to life’s questions. He searched everywhere he could and engaged in whatever was pleasing to him but still couldn’t find true meaning to life, finally terming everything as vanity. How and when will man come to the place of satisfaction and contentment?
The Good news is that in this puzzle there is a living God. One who is the first, the premier! For there must always be a first in everything, a start, a charge, to maintain order or else chaos ensues. He is the One and only God of the heavens and the earth who knows all the answers to all questions, whether big or small. The answers that humanity needs and not necessarily those we want for our own parochial interests.
The problem ultimately becomes who this God is to us and how we know Him. We know various people have different views of God. Believing there is God is not enough but it’s how you know Him.
This book came out of a desire to know this Great God personally. Not some fantasy or comic. Not heresy or someone else’s God but to get to know this God for myself and relate to Him as such. ‘God is Personal’ will make God more real than ever to you and not just something or someone that is talked about. God is real and it’s time for Him to be known as He wishes. May this book unlock you into a world of eternity and not what is fleeting.

GOD WANTS TO
GET PERSONAL
I wholeheartedly believe that God the creator of the universe is Personal, which is the title of this book. Such a simple statement yet planted with such significance. The word personal speaks to unique, individual, separate, belongs to you, just to name a few. God desires a personal relationship with every one of His children. God is a God of fellowship, of the heart, of expression. He longs to get closer and closer until there is no level of separation between the two making one. So why personal? God wants to know you and wants you to know Him. That is what love is. He doesn’t want to be afar off but involved deeply in the lives of His people. There’s this image of God standing far off in heaven in the skies above and humanity on earth with a great divide between. He is high up and we are low down. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
