How to Use

This Book

I Am: You Are is an affirmation book with a 3 in 1 system designed for learning the word of God through biblical scripture, understand how the word of God should be spoken over yourself and others, and how to pray the word of God through thankfulness. The Bible says, life and death are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21. I Am: You Are puts into practice speaking life daily to build character, identity, and compassion towards yourself and others.

Weekly Scripture: 52 weeks of scripture to be said daily for a duration of one week throughout the course of one year. The scriptures are to be said daily for memory.

Speak to Yourself: Speaking I Am affirmations to yourself based upon the weekly scripture provided. Learning to take the word of God and put it into action with your words.

Speak to Them: Designed to build communication and relationship between loved ones. Have your child(ren), spouse, and/or friend(s) state the I Am statement, then confirm the word in them by telling them, "You
