    Strawberry Peach Smoothie

    1/4 Cup Strawberries, Fresh or Frozen

    1/4 Cup Peaches, Fresh or Frozen

    1/2 Cup orange Juice

    1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt

    Add all the ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and completely mixed.

    If the smoothie is too thick add more liquids, and blend again.

    Cranberry Punch

    1 Qt. Cranberry Juice

    1/3 Cup Sugar

    3 Whole Cloves

    1 Cinnamon Stick

    2 7 Oz. Bottles of Lemon/Lime Carbonated Beverage Chilled

    In a heavy bottom sauce pan, combine all except the soda, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick and chill

    Mold: orange Juice and your favorite fruit (I use cherries and grapes)

    Pour juice into a Bundt pan, add fruit and freeze.

    To serve: In your punch bowl, place the mold, the chilled cranberry juice and top with the chilled soda. When I make this punch I make a triple batch.

    Slow Cooker Mexican Hot Chocolate

    6 (12-Oz.) Cans Evaporated Milk*

    4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

    Pinch Cayenne Pepper

    2 (12-Oz.) Bags Semisweet Chocolate Chips

    Whisk together milk, cinnamon, cayenne, and vanilla extract. Add chocolate chips. Cover and cook on low setting for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

    *One 12 ounce can of evaporated milk is equal to 1-1/2 cups of regular milk.

    *for creamier hot chocolate substitute heavy cream for the milk.

    Stovetop method

    In a large pot over medium heat, whisk together milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted. Cover and turn heat to low for 5 minutes.

    Gimlet

    1 Oz. Lime Juice

    1-1/2 Oz. Gin

    1 Tsp. Simple Syrup

    Mix all together and serve over ice.

    Candy Cane Snowflake Cocoa

    2 Cups Whipping Cream

    6 Cups Milk

    1 Tsp. Vanilla

    1 Tsp. Peppermint Extract

    1 (12 Oz.) Pkg. White Chocolate Chips

    Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, peppermint, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted.

    Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes.

    Bourbon Slush

    2-6 Oz. Cans Frozen Lemonade

    1 6 Oz. Can Frozen orange Juice

    2 Cups Strong Tea

    2 Cups Bourbon

    1 Cup Sugar

    7 Cups Water

    ––––––––

    Dissolve sugar in hot tea. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Put in quart size container. Freeze.

    Scoop into glass 3/4 full. Pour 7-Up over mixture. Add cherry and orange slice.

    Keeps well in freezer.

    Eggnog

    6 Large Eggs

    1 Cup Sugar

    2 Cups Whole Milk

    1 Cup Heavy Cream**

    1/2 to 1 1/2 Cup Bourbon, Rum, Cognac (Optional)

    Freshly Grated Nutmeg (Optional)

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are thick and lemon colored. Add in the sugar, nutmeg, until incorporated. Add the milk and cream. Beat with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes or until the eggnog is frothy.

    Cooked Eggnog*

    Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it is about 115-120 degrees. In a separate
