    I dedicate the book to both genders. It does not have an age limit. The book aims to inspire, motivate you and change your perspective most positively. This book is dedicated to those who have experienced bullying, sexual harassment, losing themselves, and experiencing obstacles that seemed impossible to bounce back from.

    My wish is for the book to speak to you, motivate you, and build your confidence and self-esteem. I hope it makes you realise that you aren’t alone and can defeat every obstacle life throws at you.

    After reading the book, I hope you have learnt a lot and you are confident. Remember that you do not need society’s approval. Learn to love and appreciate yourself. You are responsible for your happiness. Believe in yourself, and work towards creating your dream into reality. Build a strong backbone. Learn to walk away from toxic environments and friendships.

    Take back your power, and find new hobbies. Practice makes perfect. Live, learn and love. Do not spend time stressing about things out of your control. Learn to love your skin and be comfortable in your own skin. Never let someone dictate your happiness.

    Katlego Moeng has always been an ambitious child growing up. She saw hope and light in every situation. Her dream is build an empire and leave a legacy behind. She is a very outspoken person, most see her as a leader. She displays leadership qualities effortlessly. Katlego Moeng does have her faults just like every other person. She is a motivational speaker, an activist, the founder of an NPO and a businesses Katlego Moeng aspires to change lives one step at a time and make an impact in many peoples lives regardless how hard it is going to be. .

    My unknown strength

    chapter one

    It all began in 2010 when I started pre-school; the excitation of being admitted to a suburban school was immeasurable, and the thought of learning to speak English and carrying a lunch box was out of this world. The hilarious part was that I started speaking broken English to everyone, everywhere, and all the time. Coming from the township, I vividly remember how fascinated I was with white people, and at that time, it was my playmates and teacher; I loved them, I wanted to be like them, I wanted to flow like them, and as a result, I hated the end of the school day.

    School was a bliss despite the distance. I didn’t struggle to wake up even in winter, I didn’t care about cold weather, and I just wanted to be at school. That enthusiastic attitude helped me a lot as I was one of the kids who did very well academically and socially. The best time was when I was selected at Eisteddfod, and as young as I was, I
