How to Develop Self-Confidence from the Inside-Out
()
About this ebook
It’s extremely important to be a self-confident person, regardless of your age. Not only does it feel good to do things confidently, but it also makes you feel good overall, which adds to your quality of life. However, it’s not always easy to live in a self-confident manner. This is just as much the case if you are a teenager, young adult, or older adult. We all struggle with similar issues with self-confidence. It’s in short supply and we never seem to feel confident enough.
To complicate matters further, many of us conflate self-esteem with self-confidence. We believe that if we exhibit self-confidence through our expertise in a sport or as an athlete, for example, that we will feel worthy. However, nothing is further from the truth. Many athletes are confident in how they excel in their sport and yet they do not believe in themselves. Does the same scenario play out for people who believe in their self-worth? Or do they exhibit self-confidence as a matter of principle? I will explore these questions and others like it in this book hoping you will understand the difference between self-esteem and self-confidence.
