    Preface

    I was inspired to write this book in an encounter with some of the key members of LadyStrong Fitness. Over the last couple of years, we’ve worked with nearly 1,000 women and our team has met and consulted with many of them prior to becoming members. In those meetings, we’ve found similarities of their fair struggles to losing weight, and we’ve developed strategies based on each individuals needs to help them successfully crush their weight loss goals.

    In one particular consultation session, I met with a woman and the major challenge that she, like most women face, is that she had tried everything. Too many are feeling discouraged and remain stagnant, and there’s absolutely no excuse for it. There’s too much opportunity in health and fitness to not be incredibly successful.

    We’ve already produced hundreds of videos, blogs, articles, and podcast episodes in relation to fitness, nutrition, mindset, and accountability in the gym and wellness industry. With the help of many successful women in our fitness studio and former clientele I’ve helped over the years, we were able to 1

    collect an incredible amount of data, strategies, and proven ideas on helping women lose weight.
