What if you were to be placed upon an island with only a pen and paper and all the food and shelter you need. What would you write about, what would you want to create from this space? Take some time to create such an island. Remove yourself from your life for one day or even a few and consider what is. If not a day, try a few hours.

Introduction

My name is Archangel Metatron. I am at one with God and all that is. My role in the consciousness is to help mankind become more connected to their higher power and to guide individuals to what is needed for them to reach their true potential in this lifetime. I communicate via your thoughts and feelings and draw you to all you need to see, hear and know to help you experience a deeper, more meaningful life.

I have chosen to write this book through Sarah Haywood, as she sits in the flow and will allow my words to be in their pure form. Working with those in physical form takes time and discipline from their point of view.
