Zombies and Children - James Musgrave
From the Publisher
DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE magic of horror? Stephen King says, We make up horrors to help us cope with the real ones.
Our headlines are filled with the reality of terrorists (both the individual and the governmental ones) seeking revenge in all varieties of horrific and technological weapons of war and instruments of torture. These are the nightmares in real time, and we must still cope with the truthiness
of them. This magazine is merely
about fictional horrors, as Mr. King calls them. We need them to cope with the real ones.
This monthly publication will be sent to subscribers by email and will be available for commercial download each week from this web site. In addition, we will be publishing issues at the Amazon Kindle web site. We are firm believers in the new digital publishing age. Books will soon become collectors’ items, and our true freedom may be in the form of transmitted digital signals of some kind, as more and more of the public airwaves are being censored by government and commercial interests. In our own small way, we hope to give our audience a taste of the truth of horror to entertain, to serve as a purgative and a catharsis, to reach into the very minds of our readers and shake them up a bit because we all need to be shaken up.
We have assembled an amazing group of horror writers on the pages of Horror on the Installment Plan, and we will also feature their personal stories for your reading pleasure. Why? Because the horror genre is a synergistic phenomenon, an underground phenomenon that drags you down into hell on earth, and we will not let you go! Subscriptions are addictive, just as horror is addictive, and we have your fix, each and every week, and we hope you enjoy the virus that will work inside your head and keep you reading!
