About this ebook
Can I Forgive Him? This question has been in the minds and hearts of so many people because they have gone through a lot of hard stuff: some have gone through rejection, neglect, mistreatment or maltreatment, and serious offenses. Many have been offended in their families, some in business, workplaces, in marriages, some in schools by their teachers, some in churches; pastor offends member and vice versa, pastor wrongfully hurts his fellow pastor, boss offends his worker, etc. Some vow to themselves never to forgive a particular offender, while others also wish they could forgive but don't know how to do that. This book is here to help you grow and develop a forgiving heart and attitude to be able and ready to forgive anyone who has offended or will ever offend you, no matter what the issue may be. Give yourself some time and read as you think through it.

To learn how to forgive, you must first know what forgiveness is not. Most people have at least some misunderstandings about forgiving others. What forgiving someone doesn't include is as follows:
Forgiveness doesn't mean you are overlooking or excusing the other person's actions as if he didn't do anything.
Forgiveness does not always mean you have to inform the offender that you have forgiven him.
Just because you've forgiven someone doesn't mean your feelings about the incident are over.

That can be a gradual process—and it doesn't always necessarily have to include the person you are forgiving. Forgiveness isn't just something you do only for the person who wronged you; it's something you do for yourself.
