Dr. James P. Menconi
Dr. James P. Menconi received his PhD. in Educational Leadership at Loyola University, Chicago. He was principal at the Monroe Elementary School in Chicago which served a Hispanic community for 15 years. He was an exchange student at the University of Guadalajara and lived in Mexico for six months. He also taught at Triton College and Malcolm X College. After retirement from his principalship, he was a teacher mentor with Northwestern University's NU Teach Program. His experiences in life and in his career taught him the importance of teaching our children not to bully one another.
