About the Author
Foreword
The process of loving yourself is uniquely yours. Sometimes, it is almost impossible to imagine what life could have been like if our situations today were different. But thinking about the past may rekindle bursts of clarity, happiness, and joy. This goes to show that we are all capable of experiencing greatness. While life has thrown many challenges, we must never forget that while we continue living, we’ll always have the opportunity to reclaim greatness and continue our journey of life and establish our rightful place in this world. So, when we seek clarity and wisdom, we need to sustain our love for ourselves by maintaining our overall well-being and finding our passions. Only then can we keep igniting the spark that fires our souls.
