Deborah Odom Sutton

Deborah Odom Sutton is a native of Florida and a lifelong resident of Delray Beach. The mother of one son and one grandson. She is the Director of a quality childcare center in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her BS in Elementary Education and a Minor in Early Childhood from Edward Waters College, in Jacksonville, Florida. She also received a Certificate in Child Care Center Management from Palm Beach State College and Foundations of Child Care & Education Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Deborah has authored the books "Easy to Learn Songs, Poems, Rhymes and Fingerplays" and "Encouraging Words for Women." The author is a member of several early childhood and civic organizations. Deborah enjoys helping the underprivileged children in her community and has received many honors for her dedication and service in the early childhood profession and for her on-going community service work. Deborah was named "Director of the Year" from the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County. May 2022.
