It was a sunny Saturday morning in a faraway forest. Three bunny brothers had just woken up when their Mom entered the room.
ਦੂਰ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਧੁੱਪ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਸੀ। ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਖ਼ਰਗੋਸ਼ ਭਰਾ ਅਜੇ ਜਾਗੇ ਹੀ ਸਨਖ਼ਰਗੋਸ਼ ਜਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਮੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਈ।
Good morning, boys,
Mom said. I heard you moving around in here.
ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਵੇਰ, ਮੁੰਡਿਓ
ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਧਰਉੱਧਰਚਲਦੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੈ
।
Today is Saturday, we can sleep as late as we want,
said the middle brother with a smile.
ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਹੈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਏ ਸੌਂ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ
