About this ebook

Moments of Metamorphosis is a poetic memoir that brings voice to the alchemical process of moving through terrains of grief and fragmentation into landscapes of love and connection. Reflections on the preciousness of life’s tragedies, miracles and the intrinsic momentum towards wholeness that is alive within the human heart. Authentic expressions on the experience of being motherless from a young age, alongside the remembrance of ever-present love, belonging and coming home to oneself, the Earth and the Cosmos.

Cassandra Victoria Cornacchia

Cassandra Cornacchia is a second-generation European settler living amongst the sacred lands of Turtle Island. What she loves most is sunlight on her skin, blue waters near her eyes, flowers by her side, and trees above her mind. Cassandra believes that the cultivation of an inner compassionate presence is a precious key in the healing of trauma, grief, and pain. As well as sincere and intimate relationships to the natural world. She is a Registered Social Worker, Eco-Therapist and Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher.
