Nikki is an attractive woman and has just begun a love affair with the gorgeous but timid younger Abby. Nikki has invited Abby to spend a romantic weekend at her condo, in hopes of getting to know one another much more intimately. The mood is set with candle lights, roses, expensive wine, and a gourmet dinner then two retire to the living room to watch a few romantic movies Abby has brought for them to watch.

Snuggled together on the couch the two lovers are well into the second movie when the decide that they would prefer to move to somewhere more comfortable to do a bit more than just snuggle up. So, Abby boldly suggests they move to Nikki’s bedroom. Nikki is eager to follow Abby’s lead and into the bedroom with more candlelight and silk sheets.

Nikki’s plan was to peel away Abby’s timid and shy exterior and see if a deeply passionate woman would emerge. The romantic setting is perfect for breaking the ice on the timid Abby; but it is not until the next day when the two have their picnic interrupted by rain that seems to have lit a fire to Abby’s passion and by the end of the weekend Nikki isn’t sure she will be able to handle the once shy beauty without wearing herself out.

Chapter One

It's almost 8 p.m. on Saturday, and I'm waiting for Abby to get to my condo. I totally love these times that we can get together and spend time just laying around.

Abby’s intends to bring over some DVDs tonight. We'll spend the weekend together. Actually she'll be here any minute. Seconds seem like hours when she’s away.. I'm going crazy thinking of all the things that might happen when midnight draws near. I usually do this.

I drive myself mad with passion for her but she probably knows that already right? Thinking that, brings a slight tinge of red to my cheeks. I just imagine what it will be like with her here with me because I have a surprise for her this weekend. My swirling thoughts are abruptly dispersed when I hear her knock at the door.

That light tapping of her delicate hand upon the door. Abby’s so timid at times; but I know she isn’t going to be timid this weekend I plan to bring out the pure animalism in my lover. I open the door (I'm sure with a silly grin on my face) and there she is, holding a couple of DVDs and (what's that?) a single, pink rose.

This unique rose has no thorns.

Abby hands it to me and I could melt right here and now.

You're so romantic, and I've never known anyone like that before. I certainly haven't had a relationship with someone as romantic as you are. I tell my lover.

I'm a romantic too at heart, which makes the little things we do for each other all the more special.

Please come in. Thank you for the beautiful rose darling. I said as she walked past me and placed a kiss upon my cheek.
