Hello everyone! I’m Cyndi Dale, and this is Essential Energy: Learn Your Spiritual Gifts, a course from Scribd. Thank you for joining me. Let’s dive in.

Chakras. What are they? Chances are, we’ve all heard the word. But how many of us could actually explain what they are? If you’re starting to feel guilty, don’t worry. You’re probably part of the majority.

And yet chakras have such a profound impact in our lives on a daily basis. Taking the time to understand them could be just what you need to unlock the many spiritual gifts that lie within them.

During our time together, we’re going to explore these all-important, vital energetic bodies — the 7 that are inside of you and those 5 that expand just beyond your physical body — so that you can start taking steps to access those gifts.
