About the Author
Dear reader,
This book is a companion book to the original Sally and the Sorcerer from the Trunk of Alexia trilogy.
The chapter headings are there in case you would like to read along in the original book as you read through the letters from Alexia and her friends.
The original book and this book of letters are designed so that you do not need both books to understand the story. You can read this book of letters without the original book and you will understand the storyline just fine.
But, if you would like to, it would be great fun to read the two books side by side!
The Letters were originally designed to go along with a subscription project on Kickstarter, which is why the letters are arranged as they are. Two letters a month, so one chapter a month, spaced out over a year.
I hope you enjoy this retelling of Sally and the Sorcerer and come to be a good friend of Alexia!
Happy Reading!

Chapter 1 - The Carriage & The Disappearance
LETTER #1
Dearest friend,
Welcome back to the final chapters of Sally’s adventures here in our magical world.
When we last wrote to you, Sally had just met her father for the first time. He was the evil sorcerer, Mordecai.
He still had members of Sally’s family held captive.
He showed up in a black carriage with no driver. My precious trunk was hidden inside, disguised as one of the seats in the carriage.
Mordecai demanded to speak to Sally privately, inside the carriage.
The royal guards checked inside of the carriage and found no one, and nothing inside but two seats.
Sally climbed inside with her father following her.
Netty got to the carriage too late. But when I flew in through the window, I had just enough time to hide in Sally’s hair.
Mordecai used my Trunk to kidnap Sally!
But never fear, good always wins out in the end.
I will let Sally (who I assure you is now safe and sound) tell you what happened with Mordecai when they got into that carriage.
Fairy blessings,
Alexia
Chapter 1 - The Carriage & The Disappearance
LETTER #2
Hello again friend!
Sally here. Alexia told me that we left off when I climbed into the carriage with Mordecai.
I really should have known better, but I was so excited and afraid to meet my real father for the first time, that I completely forgot that he was an evil sorcerer.
I climbed into the carriage ahead of my father. It was empty, but it was sort of dark, so I couldn’t see much anyway.
We each sat down and all I could see was his silhouette in the darkness.
He tried to convince me that my mother was cruel for not telling me anything about him.
But his ploy
