About this ebook
Inspired to write this story.
I acquired a piano student--a five-year-old girl who had a serious form of cancer. One day out in the parking lot of the church buying pumpkins, I told the pastor about this little girl.
In the parking lot, the pastor said, "Let's pray for that girl."
The pastor, the pumpkin sellers, and I prayed for the little girl.
That was on a Tuesday. Instead of the little girl sitting down next to me, the mother sat down and said, "You're not going to believe this. We just got back."
From the hospital, the doctor said that she was absolutely cancer-free.

Pegasus is standing on a high cliff overlooking the meadow and the rainbow river of Fantasy Land. In the valley below, white unicorns dot the landscape. There are also a variety of exotic birds and other animals. Surrounding the meadow is a forest that seems to go all the way to the horizon.
It is said that somewhere, there is a land that only a few people have seen. This land is an enchanted place full of magic, excitement, and many beautiful things. There is a river that seems to have no end that cuts through the middle of this land. It's called the rainbow river because it's fed by a rainbow that arches across the land. The river has also every color of the rainbow. The best part about this river is that every color has a different flavor. Purple tastes like grapes, blue like pure water, red like cherry, orange like freshly squeezed oranges, and yellow like, hmm, lemonade.
This is Fantasy Land. This is a land of romance and exciting adventure—a land where your fondest dreams and wishes can come true.
This secret place is ruled and guarded by Pegasus, and only special people, chosen by him, have had the honor of seeing it. The reason why is that there is only one way in, and that's on the back of Pegasus.
Standing near the river's edge is Eunice, the most beautiful unicorn in all of Fantasy Land. Pegasus has seen her many times before, and each time he sees her, his heart begins to pound. He wants to say something to her so she will notice him, but he never knows just how to go about it. He will stand on that cliff, day after day, trying to find the right words to say.
‘Hello. Beautiful day, isn't it?' How ridiculous! Every day is beautiful in Fantasy Land. I got it! I'll say something funny. Like…hmm…like aah…hmm. Oh well, I have more important things to take care of right now. Maybe tomorrow.
At that, he flies off.
Now the unicorn, Eunice, knows that Pegasus is watching her. As she comes up to the river, she will look at him through the corner of her eyes. Sometimes, she thinks she can actually hear him as he practices his lines. She giggles softly to herself as she watches him fly off and sighs.
Maybe tomorrow,
she said to her little friends. They were three little bunnies. A blue one, a pink one, and a yellow one.
Maybe tomorrow,
they said in unison.
Pegasus is finishing his rounds and is passing over a little cottage on the other side of the mountains that surround Fantasy Land. Suddenly, he hears someone crying and goes down to see what is wrong. He lands in the backyard. It is a yard obviously for kids. There is a playhouse off to one side. It is yellow with a red-shingled roof and red trim. The door is on the left side near the corner, and next to it is a picture window. There are smaller windows on each side of the house. On the opposite side of the yard, there is a swing set. It has a slide, a seesaw, a horizontal ladder, and a swing. The chain to the swing is broken on one side, and the seat is hanging vertically from the unbroken chain.
There is an open window in the back of the cottage, and Pegasus walks quietly up to it, being careful not to be seen. The crying gets louder as he neared the window. He hears a woman's voice.
Are you sure, Doctor?
She sobs.
I'm sorry. I wish that I could tell you different, but I can't. You see, her spine hit the rock in such a way that it snapped. Even after the bones have mended, the damage done to the nerves will still be there.
Pegasus looks over at the broken swing. He sees a small boulder on the ground just in front of the seat.
"She will never be able to
