    Introduction

I am young, but I know so much.

I am young, but I know nothing.

While we are young, we have experienced the hurt of a thousand years. We talk about it, and we try to heal ourselves to not burden future generations. I am proud of us for that. But sometimes it gets hard, and only so many dark-humor memes can cover up how we really feel. For me, the hard times have led me to an awakening of growth and healing.

Below you will find different topics that this book is broken into, along with a short description of each. I hope they give you an idea of what inspired some of the poems in each section.

    Boys.
