About this ebook
After giving birth to her only child, Ki'Mahni Able, Mom got really sick and got the runaround about what was going on with her health. She finally found out after being diagnosed that she has postpartum cardiomyopathy, which usually occurs after giving birth. She then found out her heart was failing, and the only way she will survive is if she gets heart surgery and have a left ventricular assist device (LVAD), which is a mechanical pump that is implanted inside a person's chest to help a failing heart pump blood and function.
Tyquela began to call out on God and pray, speak to him and connect with him more by standing on his promises and knowing God did not give her the spirit of fear. She will pull through whatever God has ahead for her.

Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord.
—Proverbs 16:20 (NIV)
Acknowledgments
First and foremost, I would like to thank Almighty God for giving me the inspiration and motivation to share my testimony with the world.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. (Ezekiel 36:26–27 NKJV)
My heartfelt appreciation goes to my mother, Autumn Able who helped and supported me through this whole journey with insurmountable prayers and love. My mother motivated me, inspired me and encouraged me to share my testimony with the world with her continuous prayers for me. I decided to take heed and follow her instructions. My mother stood by my side even though she had other important things that needed to be handled, but she made sure she put me first. She never once gave up. I will always love, respect, and appreciate her for everything she has done.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalms 23:6 NKJV)
I would love to acknowledge my family for being extremely supportive through my journey and for staying positive through the road trip I traveled. Thank you all for guiding me through each stage of the process. I would like to thank my grandmother Brenda and grandmother Kay for taking the time out to cook me healthy meals—to start preparing me on changing my diet. I want to thank my family that was able to send me cards, flowers, blankets, and gifts. It means so much to me and I appreciate you all. A huge thanks goes out to all the family that contributed toward my GoFundMe account to help with medical bills and helping my mom with making sure she was fine finically with her being out of work during my journey while supporting me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13 NKJV)
I extend a special thanks to my friends, the transplant support group and the transplant survivor group for giving me the courage and support to share my story with the world.
I had the pleasure and advantage of uplifting my own story as well as sharing my personal memories and adventures with others who has shared my testimony.
I wish you nothing but blessings on whoever reads my book and that they continuously count on God.
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. (Isiah 53:5 NKJV)
Introduction
I would first like to say I would have never thought that I would be diagnosed with congestive heart failure at the age of twenty-four after giving birth to my one and only son, Ki’Mahni. My pregnancy went so smoothly with no complications. I informed my family I want to have another child a year later because I wanted my children to be close in age, but God had other plans for me.
The Lord wanted me to move in a different way. The Lord wanted me spirit-filled and focused on him. I believe that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. I am ready to inspire and motivate others by sharing my testimony.
Are you ready to be challenged?
My book is purposed to motivate and transform your life as well as provide helpful tips for any situation you may be going through. We all have a testimony to share with the world. God, in His greatness, made each one of us unique—no two people have the same story. No one else has walked in your shoes, has gone through exactly everything you have. You have a unique and beautiful story that God had written before you even took your first breath. And you need to let that story out!
In speaking about what God has done in my life, I am also remembering all of God’s goodness. When I recount what He has done in the past, it gives me even more faith and courage for present living. My story is told with authenticity and openness. I know learning of my journey will be a shock for a lot of people that knew of my previous life, before my LVAD; I was so healthy.
Ready for the ride? Let’s go!
I encourage you to take your time while reading my book and the specific Scriptures I chose to mention. Write down your thoughts regarding the insights and devotions. All prayer is concerned with healing because when we pray, we open ourselves to receive the transformation God has in store for us. Healing is God’s free gift. We do not know how He will touch us, but when we do expose our situations to Him, we can be confident that he will be there with us and working in us.

Purpose-Driven Life
Everyone has a purpose, and that purpose is simply to live a happy, fulfilled-existence life—to give others your kindness, compassion,
