Foreword
Your fruit shall remain.
—John 15:16
These words encourage us to live a life in Christ differently that everything that comes out from us will remain, whether it is good or bad. What fruits do we want to leave behind before we go back to the Father's house? What is inside of us that the world needs? Have we asked our Father the same questions?
These questions prompt us to think of so many giftings given by God the Father when we were born in this world to manifest His glory.
Mr. Dennis is one of the witnesses to these very inspired words, Your fruits shall remain,
when Cyndie Tran shared her revelation to the prayer group. Mr. Dennis kept these words in his heart, kneeled before the Father, and asked Him. The results of these humble acts before God are the book you are about to read, Healing Food and Diet of the Bible. Mr. Dennis shared that he had never thought of writing a book at the age of seventies. However, he obeyed God and wrote this book after many days of praying and doing research.
This book is a glimpse of God's revelation concerning healings that He has given to us through trees, herbs, and food. What and how we eat affect our health and our life. Reading this book helps us to begin to look closer at our daily diets. Sometimes, we blame environments and others for our conditions, yet the problems are in our hands. This book also reminds us that our body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit,
given by the Father. Through this very temple, God manifests His presence and glory.
Moreover, God is the Good Father, and He knows what is good for us. In the Book of Deuteronomy, God took care of His people in detail:
For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; a land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey; a land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack anything in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass. (Deuteronomy 8:7–9)
This passage reveals the blessings that God gave to the people of Israel. God took care of their very bodies with the richness of the land. Furthermore, God commanded them to keep His commandments, walk in His ways, and fear Him.
Finally, I pray that this little book will inspire you to be close to God and keep your body healthy so that the Holy Spirit may manifest His glory and power through your life as a witness of Christ Jesus, the Son of God. Amen.

Acknowledgments
Many things in my life were not of the Lord, but the Father did call me and said that I would work for Him. I am forever grateful to my mother for not backing down with her faith. She was a very godly woman who served God and tried to teach her children the way of the Lord. In the past, I believed that God did exist, but I felt that I had time to enjoy the fast life. I am grateful for my father for the stories about himself and his life with God and without God.
I had never dreamed of writing a book. However, at the age of seventy-eight, God said to me, Write a book about all the herbs, spices, and food as well as medication that I have left around the world for all My people to live a great life.
These words were the inspiration that I needed. Each day has been an exciting adventure for me to work with the Father. His guidance has set a steady course.
I do believe that the kindness and affection of friends and their unconditional love for humanity have made researching for this book fun. A few friends are responsible for showing me what God created me to be. I want to give a special thank you to the people who have supported me in this great adventure: for my wife, Barbara, and all her support; for Peter Nguyen and Cyndie Tran; for Harry and Debra Cusick (Harry has spent a great deal of time proofreading this book, a special blessing over him); Pastor Justin Soto; Norm and Angel Poorman; Pastor David; and Amy Black. These are men and women of God who pray together to be filled with the love of our Father. Peter has been the backbone of all that I needed to complete this book of God's love. He worked with me through tough parts and made them smooth.
May your life be forever changed by reading this book.
To God be the glory.
Chapter 1
Bible Foods That Heal and Diet
A pray for healing
Heavenly Father, thank you for creating this great food as in the Bible that shows us the greatness of good foods and not-so-good foods, with the great healing power, and so good for our bodies. Thank you, Father. To God be the glory. Amen.
In His greatness and goodness, God has given us healing herbs and foods to sustain our body naturally. The chemicals in the drugstores or pharmacies are not good for us because God did not create our body for unnatural chemicals. In the Book of Genesis, God said to Adam and Eve:
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you, it shall be for meat. (Genesis 1:29)
God created these things for us to receive with thanksgiving. God knows what we should eat to keep our bodies healthy and strong. The Bible lists a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are eaten as food and used for medicinal purposes.
When we go on the Bible diet, there are only certain kinds of food that we can eat. Some foods are clean and can be eaten, while others are unclean and should be completely avoided.
According to the Bible, there are four food groups: (1) trees—edible yield is bearing seeds; (2) plants—edible yield is bearing seeds; (3) field plants—herbs, roots, and leafy vegetables; (4) clean meats.
Trees that yield seeds
And God said, And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind,
and God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:12)
Most of these kinds of food are fruits. All fruits are acceptable in the Bible diet if they come from seeds. Fruit from the trees, anything that grows on a vine, or anything with a woody bark tissue is eatable.
Plants that bear seeds
Plants that bear or are seeds, such as squash, tomatoes, corn, and beans, can be eaten.
Field plants
Field plants or plants of the field can consist of herbs, roots, and green leafy vegetables.
Clean meats
Clean meats are a little detailed because their definition is complicated. According to the Book of Leviticus, clean meats are defined as the meat of every animal that
