- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I bought this book for my daughter but I really enjoyed reading it myself. The way the author compares the zodiac sign to an animal is great and I love how it shows a lesson through one of the signs traits. Really good book.

About the Author
This book is dedicated to my grandmother, mom, and two beautiful daughters. You are my life, my love, and my inspiration. Thank you for always loving me and being there for me when I needed you most.
We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trails, for we know that they are good for us—they help us to learn to endure. And endurance develops strength of character in us, and character strengthens our confident expectation of salvation. And this expectation will not disappoint us. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
—Romans 5:3–5
Introduction
My grandmother instilled astrology in me at a young age. I am a first day Aquarius, and for some reason, she was always enormously proud of that. I guess it was because she was a Valentine's Day Aqua. She was the type of person who could talk to you for a few minutes and know exactly what sign you were, which I thought was amazing. Astrology has been a part of my life ever since.
From a young age, most people already know what sign they are, but don't really understand the meaning behind it. Astrology was taught as a fact up until about the seventeenth century. Now it is known as more of a mysticism or pseudoscience. That being said, you might not be able to back up astrology with science, but I see it as fact and something that can be used as a tool to help guide you through life.
I am by no means an astrology master, but I wrote this book to show people there is a little more to astrology than mysticism. I would like for anyone who reads this book to come out of it with a better and kinder understanding of people and how or why they may act certain ways.
In my stories you will find hints of astrological mythology, tarot, symbolism, and other easter eggs I sprinkled throughout. This book was a gift and an idea given to me by God, the universe, spirit, or however you may see it, and I hope you enjoy these characters, stories, and illustrations as much as I have enjoyed bringing them to life for you.
The Elements
The four elements of the zodiac are fire, earth, air, and water. Each of the twelve signs are ruled by one of these elements. Three of the twelve signs are ruled and grouped together by the same element. The elements give you a better idea of the connections you make with others and nature. They can help you learn more about yourself as well. When it comes to the elements, it is best to know that you are more than just your sun sign. In addition, if you know the exact time and place you were born, you can get a birth chart done to see what other signs and elements are most dominant for you. Let's see what your elemental traits are.
Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Being a fire sign means you are strong, self-assured, creative, and fun. Your passion and creativity are what guides you through life. You have larger than life fiery personalities and are not afraid to say what you think. Multitasking is something that comes naturally to you. On the other hand, fire signs are known to have a big ego. You can be bossy and come across as selfish. Beware not to anger a fire sign, or you might get burned.
Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
As an earth sign, you are practical, grounded, dependable, and get things done. You respond to things you can touch and see. Your sense of duty, responsibility, and reliability to friends and loved ones is what guides you through life. You are not known as risk-takers. You keep your feet on the ground and your eye on the prize. Earth signs can become greedy, materialistic, and put their goals above the feelings of others. So if you don't make the grade with an earth sign, it could be my way or the highway.
Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
To be an air sign means you communicate well. You are clever, fair, and your intellect guides you through life. People under the air sign love to analyze. You see all sides of a problem and can use the best approach to solve it. You're also very curious and seek out connection and knowledge. Air signs may be out to make the world a better place, but don't beat around the bush or play games with these airy souls. Their warm
