About this ebook

Meditation is lacking in the Christian faith.  Without meditation on the word of God; we will experience little or no revelation.  Revelation is needed so one can see with their spiritual eyes, hear with their spiritual ears, and be able to get it in their hearts.  Once the word comes out of our hearts, we will speak faith words.  Faith words are needed to fight the good fight of faith.  It is the sword of the Spirit that enables us to defeat the enemy and live more victoriously.  It enables us to come up against the kingdom of darkness. Now we will act like kings and priests in the kingdom of God.  Revelation will increase your faith so that you will be transformed  more and more into the image and likeness of God.  You will start believing and declaring that you are a child of God and become a part of the Divine Nature that is made in the image and likeness of God.

    INTRODUCTION

    Day 1 Meditation brings  Revelation

The Bible talks about Meditation.  It encourages us to meditate on God's Word day and night.  When we do, it promises us good success.  Too many of us are reading the Bible but not meditating on what we read.  This is probably the number one reason that we don't mature in our Christian walk.  Meditation brings Revelation which increases our faith to believe, which brings forth Transformation .  Transformation is our goal in life; to be more like Jesus.

Psalms 1:1‭-‬3  Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

Psalms 119:99  I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes.

Joshua 1:8  Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Pro 23:7  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:  NOTE: Everyone is brainwashed.  It could be good, bad, or indifferent.  It all depends if it agrees with what God's Word is telling us.  Too many disregard what God says and believe what the world says or their own flesh.

Genesis 11:6  And Jehovah said, Behold, the people is one, and have all one language; and this have they begun to do. And now will they be hindered in nothing that they meditate doing?  NOTE: There is good meditation and bad meditation.  Meditation is very prominent today.  To the world, it seems good, but it is not because one dwells on themselves or God only knows what.  True meditation is focusing on what God says.  The New Testament tells us what Jesus has done and who we are because of His finished work.  It’s not about our works, but Jesus' works.

Chronicles 16:9  Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him; Meditate upon all his wondrous works.  NOTE: Meditating on His works will result in praise and thanksgiving for all He has done for us.

Psalms 63:4  So will I bless thee while I live; I will lift up my hands in thy name. 5. My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise [thee] with joyful lips. 6. When I remember thee upon my bed, I meditate on thee in the night-watches: 7. For thou hast been my help, and in the shadow of thy wings will I sing for joy.

Psalms 105:2  Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him; meditate upon all his wondrous works.  NOTE: As we meditate upon God’s glorious works, our souls will sing out unto Him in praise and worship.

Psalms, 119:27. Make me to understand the way of thy precepts, and I will meditate upon thy wondrous works.

Psalms 143:5  I remember the days of old: I meditate on all thy doing; I muse on the work of thy hands.

Deuteronomy 29:29  The secret things belong to Yahweh our God; but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.  NOTE: God wants to reveal the secret things in His Word.  One has to meditate on the Word to get a revelation about it.

Romans 12:2 Don`t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

1 John 1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—[2]the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us—[3]that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.[4]And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. Fellowship with Him and One Another.  NOTE: The Apostle John is writing about the revelation that he had experienced fellowshipping with Jesus.  Things that he had seen with his eyes and heard with his ears.  We have to be like the Apostle Paul.  He became one of the greatest Apostles and Saints of all time.  He didn’t experience things like John did but yet received so much more revelation than anyone.  Paul went out into the desert  to be alone with Jesus.  Meditating on the Word, he was able to see with his spiritual eyes and hear with his spiritual ears.  We have to be like Paul and get alone with Jesus; meditating on His Word.  Then we will be able to share the Good News with others.  It will be personable and more believable.

Day 2: Enables You to Walk in the Spirit

The Bible tells us that we are to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh.  When we just read the Bible, we only get an intellectual view of what we are reading.  It's going into our heads but not into our hearts.  It's what is in our hearts that's going to make a difference.  Meditating on the Word allows it to get down into our souls: mind, will, and emotions.  This is how we get revelation .  We are no longer seeing with our natural eyes, hearing with our natural ears, and reasoning with our natural brains.  You're now seeing with your spiritual eyes, hearing with your spiritual ears, and believing with your soul.

Jesus came as the Son of Man, a human being.  He was a human being but instead of walking in the flesh, Jesus walked in the Spirit.  How did Jesus do that?  He didn’t just read God’s Word but meditated on it.  He revered the Word and by doing so, He revered His heavenly Father.  He developed a personal relationship with the Father and the Holy Spirit.  Jesus said that the works that He did were what He saw the Father doing.  John 5:20 web For the Father loves the Son
