REAL ESTATE AGENT - Angela Conner
Introduction
Working as a real estate agent can be extremely rewarding. You are the person who enables others to buy a home, sell a home, and achieve a new level of success in life. One of the most important financial goals in anyone’s life is to own a home.
Owning a home is seen by society as a sign that someone is ready to settle down or a sign of financial stability. Those who do not own a home are no less responsible or family-oriented; however, there is still a societal stigma that owning your own home indicates maturity.
As a real estate agent, you have the opportunity to assist people in reaching this level of maturity.
You will also be able to assist people in purchasing second homes. For some, purchasing a vacation home is a rite of passage. If a family or individual needs to relocate, you can assist them in selling their home so that they can move into a larger home, relocate to a new city, or make the necessary changes in their lives.
A commercial real estate agent is someone who deals with the commercial property rather than residential property. As a real estate agent, there is a lot you can do, so deciding what you want to do, what type of property you want to sell, and the benefits you want to see from your career are all important.
This book is written with the assumption that you know very little about what real estate agents do and how rewarding a career you can have in this field. It is a book for people who believe that being a real estate agent is their calling
in life. You could be a teen trying to figure out what career path is best for you. You may already be in school and have decided that you want to be a real estate agent rather than a business manager. On the other end of the spectrum, you may have had one or more unsatisfying careers and now realize that real estate is the better career for you. This book is for anyone, whether they have been in the workforce for decades or are just getting started.
This book will provide you with the information you need to decide if becoming a real estate agent is right for you, as well as the education you will need and how to be highly successful in your chosen career.
There are many books on this subject available; thank you for selecting this one! Every effort has been made to include as much useful
