God's Guide for Work: Discovering God's Will for a Particular Job: The Education of Labor in the Bible
()
About this ebook
In this book, we will delve into a key theme for the Christian life: the call to specific works. From different biblical passages, we will examine and discuss the relevance of divine direction in work, the trinity and its relationship to our work, the difference between ecclesiastical and non-ecclesiastical work, the call to God's creative and redemptive work, and other related topics. We will provide links for the reader to delve further into educational aspects of work and address the issue of the freedom with which Christians work. This work will connect teaching principles to reality so that you can find your own work freedom as a believer in your Lord.

About the Author

Proverbs 27:18. He that keepeth the fig tree shall eat of the fruit thereof: and he that waiteth for his lord shall be honored. As in water the face responds to the face, so the heart of man to man.
If I look into the water, I see the reflection of my own face, not another man's; and if I look into society, I shall probably see men of like mind to my own. How is it that a drunkard always discovers drunks? How is it that lewd men always have a bad opinion of the morality of others? How is it that hypocrites always think other people are hypocrites? Why, because they can see the reflection of their own faces. When a man tells me there is no love in the Church of God, I know it is because he sees his own face and knows there is no love in it. You will generally find that men measure other people's corn with their own bushels. They are sure to deal out to others according to their own measure; and so they unconsciously betray themselves.
— Charles Spurgeon
