What plagues us is not our journey with our conqueror...but instead who we decide to be, what imprinted impacts we let define us, what new characteristics and values we choose to carry - after we are set free.
Mental bondage is the precipice of our state. It is the second step in the liberation of the Black man and woman in the diaspora after being released from physical shackles more than 100 years ago. However, it is vital that our position be carefully examined regarding
