Admit it, quite often you have thought of dropping off your bad habits or getting completely rid of your bad habits. If yes, then have you thought of the different methods to drop your bad habits or replaced those with good habits. And if you have mentally accepted your existing bad habits, then that's all you'd continue-with in the future too until you take a firm decision of getting rid of those bad habits. Some people are perfectly happy with their routine life & existing bad habits even after knowing the fact that those bad habits aren’t good for them on a longer run because they don’t want to change themselves for the good cause. Everybody wants to get rid of bad habits but only a few can get rid of their bad habits, do you know why? It’s a matter of personal preference, and if you are happy with current lifestyle and if you have mentally accepted it then you won’t give any efforts to change your bad habits. It is completely your choice; if you think it for once then you'd be bombarded with lots of interconnected questions and thoughts related to that
