CHAPTER 1
Lily was a normal girl who lived in the Kingdom of Enchantia, where magic was forbidden. She lived with her parents in a little hamlet, where she spent her days assisting with chores and dreaming about adventures. Despite the taboo against magic, Lily had always been intrigued by the idea. She'd heard tales of enchanted woods, legendary animals, and magical abilities, and she'd always wondered what it would be like to live in such a world. However, discussing magic was frowned upon in Enchantia, and those who had it were condemned to a life of solitary confinement.
Lily's parents had always cautioned her about the dangers of magic, and she had never dared to reveal her passion for it to anybody. Then, one day, when alone in the woods, she discovered she had her own special ability. She was picking berries when she saw rustling in the nearby bushes. She initially thought it was a wild animal, but as she got closer to the bushes, she discovered the rustling was coming from a little, light item hiding amid the leaves. Lily reached out and touched the thing, her curiosity taking over. It started shining brighter and brighter, shocking her, and she felt a strange tingling sensation in her fingertips. A blast of light surrounding her in a warm, magical energy flew from the apparatus. Lily was first scared by the unexpected flash of magic.
She'd been taught her whole life that magic was dangerous and forbidden, and she had no clue what to make of her newfound ability. However, when she researched her abilities, she saw that they might be used for both good and evil.
Despite her parents' warnings, Lily continued to exercise her magic in secret, looking for new ways to use it and learning more about it. Her secret was finally uncovered, forcing her to escape her family and seek refuge in the magical forest. Among the forest's enchanting creatures and kind-hearted humans, Lily found a new world of wonder and potential. She discovered that her magical abilities were a blessing and that there was more to life than hiding and being scared. Lily set off with renewed vigor to explore the mystical region beyond Enchantia and discover her true destiny.
She had no clue her journey would lead her to grandeur and adventure beyond her wildest dreams. Lily realized she couldn't keep her newfound magical abilities disguised forever, so she started studying them in secret. A group of peasants who had been seeking her found her one day when she was performing her charms in the woods. The locals were taken aback by Lily's use of magic, and she was promptly denounced to the authorities. Lily saw what this meant: if she stayed in Enchantia, she would be imprisoned and most likely deported for using unlawful magic. Lily believed she had no alternative but to leave her home and seek refuge elsewhere because she was terrified for her safety. She knew she couldn't remain in Enchantia, where magic was strictly forbidden, and she'd heard tales of a lovely forest where magical abilities were respected and even celebrated.
Lily gathered her few belongings and set off into the bush, unaware of the horrors that awaited her. She journeyed at night, using her abilities to guide herself through the darkness and escape detection. As she journeyed further into the forest, Lily started to meet a range of mysterious beings, ranging from talking animals to mischievous fairies. She was at first hesitant to trust these animals, but as she grew to know them more, she recognized they might be nice and valuable companions.
Despite her newfound relationship, Lily never forgot she was a wanted criminal and that danger lurked around every turn. She was well aware that she had to be alert and watchful at all times. As Lily continued her adventure through the forest, subsisting on berries and other things she found, the days turned into weeks. She became stronger and more confident with each passing day, learning new spells and methods to help her evade capture and live in the woods.
Lily started to feel nervous as she ventured farther into the woods. She'd been on the road
