You are the wave, am some weaver.

I spin a web around our tiny world

to withstand any wither.

Working upon my wishlist to wipe off

your wounds for a cure all weather.

A weep may walk into your eyes

only to wink at the world

with a cheer for an wonder.

Efforts for wilting apart our out

of the worldly coming together,

are writ on the walls with warrants all around,

with throwing of caution into the winds

and notices issued for a red corner.

تم موج ہو، میں کوئی ماہی گیر ہوں۔

میں کسی بھی مرجھاہٹ سے

بچاؤ کے لیے

اپنی چھوٹی سی دنیا کے گرد ایک جال بنتا ہوں۔

ہر موسم کے علاج کے لیے

آپ کے زخموں کو صاف کرنے کے لیے

اپنی خواہش کی فہرست پر کام کرنا۔

کچھ آنسو آپ کی آنکھوں میں صرف

ایک حیرت ناک خوشی کے ساتھ

دنیا کو جھپکنے کے لئے آ سکتے ہیں

اکٹھے ہونے سے ہمیں الگ کرنے کی دنیاوی کوششیں،

چاروں طرف دیواروں پر لکھی ہوئی ہیں،

احتیاط کو ہواؤں میں اڑانے والے

اور مجرموں کو رنگے ہاتھوں

پکڑنےکے لیے جاری کیے گئے

تنبیہی احکام کے ساتھ۔

SILENCE IS A SOFT SKILL.

Neither sweet nor shrill,

Such a swift and spot on damage control pill.

Slowing down the soaring sentiments

during any stand off towards a sensible scale.

The silken touch of silence can steal

the show ahead of spurious and insincere

submissions smelling that very stale.

Speaking ought to be selective,

spreading the spikes of sentiments sprouting within.

Silence as a skill set stabilizes the stature of the speaker,

striking a definitive balance between stints

of decibels with no dearth of diligence and securing

the sanctity of any communication through carving

out of a corridoor for active listening,

of even far further significance.
