Bibliography
Foreword
This book is for those many people who come to a turning point in their lives; especially those who have chemical imbalances to speak of in their lives. I’ve had many classes and know the importance of suitable behavior. Even when we’re stressed, we need composure.
It is also for those many people who come to a turning point in their life. It is instructional for those who don’t understand those who have mental problems. There are increasing numbers of people who have stress and taking a pill is not the worst thing that you might do for some relief. I have waited for 30 years to find the right pill cocktail. I’m bipolar and I need them.
Also, there are methods to find healing. In my bibliography are three resources. I am mostly writing from my personal experience. A lot has been studied about mental illnesses.
I have found comfort in my own way and this is what I’ve learned.
I am a veteran and I was sick with emotional pain as well as having a chemical imbalance in my brain. This account isn’t too long so you won’t find big words in it. I want to share my story with you. I hope it helps.
