Chapter 1: The Importance of Time and Energy Management

What is it in life that is preventing you from moving forward? Many of us are guilty of making the incorrect notion that the moment has come. We are of the opinion that if we only had a little more time, then we would be able to do a great deal more. If only we had a little bit more time, then not only would the home be cleaner, but we would also be able to spend more time with our friends and family, and we would also be able to advance more quickly in our careers. Instead, the issue is the availability of energy. Not only is time management a major concern in this context, but also energy management is of critical significance. If you are unable to successfully manage your energy, you will discover that you are unable to make the most of the time that you have available to you. And thus is a dilemma!

When you come home from work, you most likely immediately flop into the couch and watch some television for a while. This is probably what really occurs. You could also simply be putting things off by not actually accomplishing anything for a short period of time, which is another kind of
