Get More Things Done With High Energy Level! How to Increase Physical Stamina and Productivity - Paul L. Nickersons
Chapter 1: The Importance of Time and Energy Management
What is it in life that is preventing you from moving forward? Many of us are guilty of making the incorrect notion that the moment has come. We are of the opinion that if we only had a little more time, then we would be able to do a great deal more. If only we had a little bit more time, then not only would the home be cleaner, but we would also be able to spend more time with our friends and family, and we would also be able to advance more quickly in our careers. It's possible that we may begin a new workout routine together in order to finally attain those abs.
However, there is just not enough time in the day. We go to work from nine in the morning until five in the afternoon, and when we return home, we often find that we still have a lengthy list of responsibilities that we just do not have the time to fulfill. This entails doing things like checking the mail and paying bills, as well as preparing supper and cleaning up afterward, and perhaps finding some time to spend with the family.
Oh, man, if only there were more time... is that what you're saying?
However, the lack of difficulty with time is not always the case. Instead, the issue is on the use of energy.
Think about it: if you really don't have any time to do anything, how were you able to watch the full Boxset of Game of Thrones lately if you don't have any time to do anything? If you really don't have time to do anything, then it's hard to understand how you've been making the time to play Uncharted.
If you are really working and keeping yourself occupied from the moment you wake up until the time that you go to bed, then the solution is straightforward: either you need to get up earlier or you need to stay up longer.
To contradict you, it is not the issue.
Instead, the issue is the availability of energy. Not only is time management a major concern in this context, but also energy management is of critical significance. If you are unable to successfully manage your energy, you will discover that you are unable to make the most of the time that you have available to you. And thus is a dilemma!
When you come home from work, you most likely immediately flop into the couch and watch some television for a while. This is probably what really occurs. You could also simply be putting things off by not actually accomplishing anything for a short period of time, which is another kind of
