KETO-DIET
The ketogenic diet (or keto diet) is a low carbohydrate, high fat diet with numerous health benefits.
Indeed, numerous studies show that this type of diet can greatly help you in losing levels and maintaining your health.

A keto diet is made up of whole, nutrient-dense foods like meat, fish, eggs, and non-starchy vegetables, as well as natural fats like butter or olive oil.
PAKISTAN KETO CUISINE
Pakistani cuisine is known for its aromatic and occasionally spicy flavors. Some dishes use a lot of oil, which gives them a richer, fuller mouth feel and flavor. This cookbook will assist you in keeping to your keto diet while savoring Pakistani cuisine.

Keto-Friendly Faloda
Keto Ingredients: Preparation:
• Add warm Almond milk with a sprinkle of saffron,
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (chilled)
1 drop of rose essence 1/2 tbsp of Swingle fruit
1.5 tbsp of Chia seeds in half cup water. 2 Strawberries
5 Blueberries
10 almonds (roasted and chopped)
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (chilled) 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (warm) A pinch of saffron
1.5 tbsp. dried dried coconut (shredded) 10 almonds (roasted and chopped)
then wait five minutes.
• Add 3 tablespoons of chilled almond milk to saffron almond milk.
• Add 1/2 tsp of monk sweetener and 1/8 tsp of green cardamom powder and mix it well.
• Add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.
• Add chopped dried coconut.
• Add more chia seeds to the surface.
• Add slivered almonds as a garnish.
• Add keto ice cream on top.
• And serve your Kesar Falooda.

Keto Black Tea Latte:
Keto Ingredients:
1.5 cups of strong black tea
2 tbsp of coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp keto heavy whipping cream
1 tsp swerve or besti sugar
Preparation:
Add strong black tea to a container.
Add one tbsp butter and keto sugar to it and blend it properly. Add keto heavy whipping cream on top.
Serve with love. Your keto Black latte is ready.

Preparation:
1 tbsp Sattu flour.
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Dry Mango Powder
¼ tsp keto besti sugar
¼ tsp green chilies chopped
¼ tsp Chaat Masala 1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp coriander leaves
3-4 Mint leaves.
Salt as taste
2 Cups of water
Ice cubes as needed.
Add sattu, cumin powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lime juice, salt and ice cubes in a blender.
Pour two glasses of water in it.
Blend everything until it combines well.
Pour into a glass jar and serve immediately!
Authentic Pakistani Chai:
Keto Ingredients:
1 and half cup of water 1 cup of whole milk
1 and half tsp of loose tea leaves. 1-2 cardamom pods
No sugar as this is keto authentic chai.
Preparation:
Put water in a saucepan over high heat. When it comes to a boil, add tea leaves and cardamom.
And boil it for 3 minutes.
Add the milk and cook at high flame.
As it begins to boil, the chai will rise in the pan.
Turn off the heat in the pan. Use a ladle to scoop and pour back tea several times to fully bring out the taste.
Alternately, after it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the desired strength is reached.
Pour this chai into your favorite cups And Add honey (it's optional).
