    Keto Friendly Falooda

    Keto Ingredients: Preparation:

    1cup of unsweetened almond milk 1 drop of rose essence

    ½ tsp of Monk fruit

    1 tsp chia seeds

    2 strawberries

    5 Blueberries

    10 chopped almonds.

    3 tsp unsweetened almond milk (chilled) 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk

    A pinch of saffron

    1.5 tsp dried coconut 10 chopped almonds

    Add warm Almond milk with sprinkle of saffron. 

    Add 3 tsp chilled almond milk to saffron almond milk. 

    Add 1 tsp of sugar and green cardamom powder and mix it well.

    Add 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds.

    Add chopped dried coconut.

    Add sliver almonds on the top as garnish.

    Add keto ice cream on top.

    And serve your Kesar Falooda.

    Keto Black Tea Latte:

    Keto Ingredients:

    1.5 cups of strong black tea.

    1 tsp of keto oil/butter.

    2 tsp of heavy whipping cream

    1 teaspoon besti sugar

    Preparation:

    Add strong black tea to a container.

    Add one tsp butter in it and blend it properly.

    Add keto Heavy whipping cream on the top.

    Serve with love.

    Your keto Black latte is ready.

    SATTU-KETO:

    Keto Ingredients:

    3 tsp Sattu flour

    ½ tsp Cumin Powder

    ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder

    ¼ tsp Besti sugar

    ¼ tsp green chilies chopped

    ¼ tsp Chaat Masala 1 tbsp Lime Juice

    1 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 Mint leaves.

    Salt as taste

    Water

    Few Ice cubes.

    Preparation:

    Add sattu, cumin powder, chat masala, dry mango powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lime juice, salt and ice cubes in a blender.

    Pour two glasses of water in it.

    Blend everything until it combines well.

    Pour into a glass jar and serve immediately.

    Authentic Pakistani Chai:

    Keto Ingredients:

    1 and half cup of water

    1 cup of keto milk

    1 tsp of loose tea leaves

    cardamom pods

    Preparation:

    Put water in a saucepan and boil. When it comes to boiling, add tea leaves and cardamom.

    Boil it for 3 minutes.

    Add the milk, as it begins to boil, the chai will rise in the pan.

    Turn off heat in the pan.

    Pour this chai into your favorite cups.

    Serve with love.

    Sugar free tea-Soda:

    Keto Ingredients:

    4 cups brewed tea, chilled.

    2 cups of ice cubes

    3 cups of water Fresh chopped fruit

    5 tsp swerve sugar

    Preparation:

    Add chilled tea to a big jar.

    And refrigerate it overnight.

    Add ice cubes to chilled tea, then pour water into the jar.

    Add swerve sugar and chopped fruit Serve with love.

    Turmeric Tea:

    Keto Ingredients:

    One2-inch of fresh turmeric (no need to peel)

    1 cup water

    Lemon or orange

    2 tsp besti sugar

    Preparation:

    To prepare the turmeric, slice it in thin rounds.

    Put the sliced turmeric and water in a pan and boil it for 5 minutes.

    Remove the pot from the heat. Pour it in cups and add sugar. Serve while it is hot.
