Inklings of Ink is a book of short poems about nature and love intertwined together. The poems are wriiten in form of slant ryhme and meatphorical rythmn which brings the words to life as if I was painting a picture on a canvas. 

 

There is four sections to this book, Inklings of Love, is a set of poems on wanting love but at the same time not believeing in it.  Inklings of Ink, is my love for poetry and for words. Inklings of Nature, shows a spiritual relationship with nature and her beauty. Inklings of Inner Storms, is about fighting your own demons and having angels watching over you while you search for your inner self.

In faith to see

The beauty

In life,

To me-

Each photographic memory

Is for

My pen to write

Of such peace

Proven to be--

She also enjoys yoga, and she finds comfort in meditating to help release the anxiety from her PTSD and her chronic pain from Fibromyalgia. She is a major coffee drinker, and she believes the power of her pen and paper should not be tampered with. She finds peace and solitude when she is writing.
