    Summary

    Skill Number 1: Recognize Resilience

It is critical to comprehend the notion thoroughly in order to improve resilience. Resilience is the ability to continue forward while growing through each stage of life's journey. Struggling is an unavoidable aspect of life. What matters is how we respond to adversity.

It's all too easy to be discouraged by adversity. It's difficult to stay afloat in choppy waters, and it's normal to struggle. Toughness is linked to resilience. Being tough entails admitting and dealing with adversity rather than dismissing it.

These beliefs frequently obstruct resilience and hinder progress:

    1. Myth: Resilient people do not experience sadness. This is a widespread misunderstanding. Being strong does not preclude you from feeling emotions. Rebuilding begins with assessing the damage and comprehending it so that you can proceed.

    2. Myth: People who are resilient do not take pauses. This myth is inaccurate since the sustainability of your lifestyle is critical, which involves arranging your time to include self-care. When you have a lot on your plate, it's difficult to keep your focus on yourself.

    3. Myth: You are either born resilient
