About this ebook
This program is designed to help improve the lived experience of happiness in your everyday life. It contains six modules and incorporates key components of happiness and well-being in every module. These modules include practical tools that can be implemented in everyday life. Happiness here means a state of contentment and satisfaction regardless of one's situation. Happiness may be experienced as a temporary state, but aspects that make-up happiness, like sense of purpose, connection, meaning, and working towards a higher purpose, are more stableand long- lasting.
The 6 modules include recurring key components. These include: 1) understanding your identity structure andassessing what you want it to be instead of accepting already prescribed programs; 2) understanding any loops or patterns you may feel trapped in and how to get out; 3) an understanding of how we our generators of emotion andhow to take our power back and the energy we want to generate; 4) bringing awareness to our levels of happiness on a regular basis as a method to increase well- being; 5) accountability and responsibility for your lived experience of happiness and what you would like to change or accept; 6) bringing more love and kindness into your life as a method to increase your happiness.
