Many of us believe or being made to believe that the Bible is the complete and inerrant word of God. As far as completeness is concerned, that is not what the Bible is saying in John 21:25 of the New Testament. It says that if all the works of the Son of God were written, even the world cannot contain all the writings. So, the Bible itself honestly admits its own incompleteness.

As far as the Bible's being inerrant, there are obvious errors in the English versions of today. The books in the Bible were originally written in Hebrew in ancient time. There have been a lot of changes in the Hebrew language at the time of the translation to Latin and Greek. That means the understanding of the translator could be affected by the culture of that time. For example, the Hebrew letters in ancient times were written in pictograph. The letter "hey" for example is drawn like a man with arms raised. The letter "yad" is drawn like a hand. The word "hayah" still means exist today as in ancient times. But in ancient times it is drawn as a man with arms raised, a hand, and a man with hands raised. There is strong reason to believe that the word has something more profound to say in ancient times. That is lost in the Hebrew language at the time of the translation. Another example is the use of "us" and "our" in God's statement in Genesis chapter one. Who was God talking to? This is due to the fact that the word God was translated from the Hebrew word Elohim which is plural. The singular is Eloha. It is very obvious that the translation was influenced by the preconceived one-god idea of the translator. That renders the texts seemingly inconsistent. Christian churches make their followers believe that their teachings and practices are consistent with what the Bible says. This is not true most of the time. Some even contradict the Bible.

Foreword

If you think that this is a Christian book, you will be disappointed, it is not. That was my original intention though. What I have written, I was compelled to write. However, if you seek the way, the truth and the life, regardless of your religion, this book is dedicated to you. This book can be more accurately considered as a Biblical book. It presents how far god believers have departed from the Bible, and how far has the Bible misaligned from the original Hebrew Scriptures where it came from. It is disheartening to know these, but I have to write about it.

My original intention of writing a book is to reinforce my faith in the God that my church says I should believe in, and that that God is the God that the Bible is talking about. My other purpose is to learn more about what God is saying in the Bible. To my dismay, the more I read the Bible the more I see the gap between the teachings of the church and the teachings in the Bible. It scares me to realize that this gap is so huge that it spells the difference between Salvation and going to hell.

One strong indication of the gap between the Bible and the world is the teaching on the Sabbath. The God of the Bible says it is the sign between Him and His people forever. The violation of the Sabbath brought destruction to Jerusalem in particular and Israel in general. On the contrary, the church teaches about either the Lord’s Day or Seventh day. The Sabbath that the Bible is talking about is neither of the two. This is one great issue that god believers de-serve to know. Fortunately, there are still passages in the Bible that show how the true Sabbath can be determined.

It is easy to recognize that neither the Lord’s Day (Sunday) nor the Seventh Day (Saturday) is the Sabbath that the Bible is talking about. The Gregorian calendar that we have now came to be in the 16th century A.D. The Julian calendar preceded it in 46 B.C. The Sabbath in the Bible was given to Israel before the Julian calendar was implemented. The Sabbath in the Bible is based on the calendar that preceded the Julian calendar. We will talk more about this in the chapter about the Sabbath.

Another problem is that the God of the Bible says those who call on His name shall be saved, and commanded not to take that name in vain. This is one of the ways by which our English Bibles depart from the original Hebrew Scriptures that it came from. The name of the God in the original Hebrew text is in Hebrew. How can the faithful who wants to be saved call on that name when it is hidden by the English phrase the Lord in our English Bibles? Consequently, the name has been taken by Israel and the world in vain by throwing it to oblivion.

The phrase the Lord came to be because of the tradition developed in ancient in Israel where preachers considered the name given to Moses as too sacred to be uttered. They uttered the Hebrew word adoni instead of the name of the Father in their readings in the synagogues. Adoni means Lord. Actually, they were teaching Israel to deny their sacredness and their own sacredness too. This contradicts Genesis 1:26 and Psalm 82:6. The God of Abraham complained about this in Jeremiah 23:27. We will talk more about this in the chapter about the name of the Father.

Another problem is about the name of the Son our Savior. The Book of the Acts chapter 4, verse 12 says that there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. This passage is referring to the name of our Savior. The whole New Testament calls our Savior Jesus. Common sense, however, tells us that our Savior must have a Hebrew name, because He was born Hebrew. The name Jesus is not a Hebrew name, and there is nothing Hebrew in it. The clue that suggests strongly that this name is not the original Hebrew name of our Savior is the fact that the name was Iesus, not Jesus in the 1611 edition of the King James Version. The name Jesus will be replaced by Yahuswa in this book from this point on.

Be ready to encounter more surprises as you read this book. The truth may hurt your feelings the way it shattered my heart, but truth must be known and must prevail. May the Father and heaven through His Son our Savior give us wisdom to make our life worthy to His sight.

PREFACE

When I was in college, I wrote a poem published in a national magazine in the Philippines, the country where I was born. The poem was titled: My Lost Doubt. The poem went as follows:

The Bible says you’re Jehovah

The Koran says your Allah

Your Jesus to the Christians

Shall I suppose you’re one

Are you the fruit of a myth

Or as real as my breath

I turn to the scientist

He, too, feels you exist

Here and there he comes and goes

From the atom to the cosmos

He observes natural laws

Who wrote them no one knows

If you are inexistent

What makes man so persistent

In perpetuating his faith

From his inception to date

What makes me feel you’re somewhere

Hearing the words of my prayer

Ahh, you are real, you exist

As the sunrise in the east

Now, as I reflect on the poem, I think I have presented enough reason to believe in God. However, I have learned that there is information that is not entirely accurate. Although the King James Version of the Bible uses the name Jehovah to refer to God, the original Hebrew text does not refer to God by that name. The scriptures say that God does not want to be called by any other name, but His name in Hebrew. In fact, God did not like His Hebrew name to be forgotten by His people Israel. Now, that name has been forgotten by the world, even in Israel.

The poem has the intention of unifying the concept of God in the minds of God believers. That sounds like a great idea to me at the time of writing. However, I realize now that the Roman Catholic Church has already done this. In fact, the word Catholic came from Katolikos a Greek word meaning universal. However, is the RCC doing it right in the sight of the God of the Bible? I really thought the RCC was doing it right.

What the RCC does now is to integrate Pagan traditions with the teachings of the Scriptures to embrace all God believers of the world. Recently, the Pope issued a policy allowing Muslim prayers and Quran readings in RCC churches. The Pope also justified gay marriages and even made pronouncement welcoming the atheists. This looks more like a political move than a spiritual one. Is embracing the religious practices and traditions of other religions in line with the intention of the God of the Bible?

There is another way of universalizing religious faith. That is teaching other religions the will of God written in the Bible. That, I believe, is the intention of the Father in heaven. That intention is very clear in:

Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

This is reinforced by what the Son of God said in:

Luke 8:21 But He answered and said to them, My mother and my brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.

My purpose in writing this book should be clear before you continue reading. That purpose is to make known that none of the religions in the world is aligned with the will of the God of the Bible. We have misaligned from His will since the beginning. It is time to know how wide is the gap between His will and ours, and start to bridge and even remove the gap.

However, bridging the gap does not mean we should force religious tradition to blend with the will of God. God accepts only those who are willing to change themselves to align with His will, as written in the Gospel according to Matthew.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one title shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Matthew

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Reconciliation with God does not mean changing God’s will and laws to fit our will. Reconciliation means changing our will to align with God’s will. This is the same as the phrase Your will be done on earth as in heaven in the Lord’s Prayer written in Matthew 6:10.

It is also written in:

Luke 22:42 saying, Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.

This is a perfect example of how God’s will is preferred over our human will. The Son of God was rejected, tortured, and murdered because men insisted on their will not God’s will. That is what the churches of this world have been doing until now after more than two thousand years.

That is why I publish this book independently without any affiliation with any religious sect. I don’t want my work to be influenced by any religious perspective. Religions of today change the will of God to fit their will not the other way around.

This is the difference between this book and the other books out there with the same title.

Chapter1 Introduction

It is always believed that the Bible is the complete and inerrant word of God. So, Christian churches allot a considerable amount of time reading and reflecting on passages from the Bible in their liturgy. Some Christian sects even dedicate almost the whole religious service reading Bible verses and then discussing them. The majority of followers who, unfortunately just rely on what their preachers say, are led to believe that the Bible is perfect and that the teachings of the churches are in line with that perfection. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

This is what this book is all about. It is not the intention of the author to weaken the faith of the reader in the God of the Bible and His words and teachings. The intention is to make clear that believers are being led to believe more in the Bible than the God that speaks through the scripture. It is like teaching people to worship the sun instead of worshiping the God that created the sun. It is true that the essence of God’s will is in the Bible, but the twist and turns Satan integrated into the scripture must be made clear and known to the faithful. The churches are closing their eyes and shutting their mouth on these. It is not helping the faithful to be saved.

What is really happening in the world’s religious landscape is that the people are being presented with various Christian sects, which are basically the same. Actually, there is no real choice at all. All of them present the basic beliefs that: 1) the Bible is the complete and inerrant word of God; 2) the words in the Bible were spoken by the holy one, so the Bible is itself holy; and 3) the teachings of the preachers are in line with the Bible.

The Bible is declaring its own incompleteness in:

John 21:25 saying And there are also many other things which Jesus Yahuswah did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

On accuracy, it is not perfectly accurate since the original language of the text was ancient Hebrew, and it was translated to Greek or Latin first before it was translated to English. During translation, the process had been affected by the preconceived beliefs of the translator and the ideas of those who sponsored the translation. The faithful must be able to recognize these mistakes to really know and understand what God wants to say.

Don’t get me wrong, the Bible is not by itself holy, but it tells how to attain holiness by drawing ourselves inwards where our sacredness resides. That is why I wrote my first book: We Are Gods: The Son Of God Said So because we do not need to think the way Eve thought that she was not God and consequently lost her godliness. I also wrote: I Am A Miracle: You Too because we do not have to look anywhere else to find miracles because we are all miracles already. Believe me, you and I are holier than the Bible, because the image of God is within you and me, and the power that makes us alive comes from the Holy One.

The priests and the preachers of today make us believe that their teachings align with the Bible. In fact, they quote verses from the Bible, but try starting with the Ten Commandments. For example: take Commandment 3 in

Exodus 20:7 saying: Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

The God of the Bible warns not to take His name in vain. But what is His name? Ask your preacher. If he says Yahweh or Jehovah, then he becomes guilty because these are not His name in Hebrew. He becomes guilty of what the Father in heaven complained about in

Jeremiah 23:27 saying: Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.
