In 1 Corinthians 10:31, it says, So, whatever you do, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

    This verse has a deep message that transcends time and speaks to the core of what we are looking for: a food that is good for our body, mind, and spirit. When we choose to incorporate this divine viewpoint into our daily lives, it turns into a journey that changes us. Bringing God into healthy eating changes our view of it from something we do to stay alive to something holy.

    By following the principle underpinned in the above text of scripture in the Bible when it comes to food, we show that we want to respect God in every part of our lives. The link between spirituality and nutrition is an old one, and it shows how our physical, mental, and spiritual health are all related. When we recognise that our food choices are guided by God, we start on a road towards wholeness, one that aims to feed not only our bodies but our souls, knowing that our body is the vessel that carries the soul and spirit.

Scientist generally classify Genes as the blueprint of one’s life and this connects an individual to their source or family lineage.

    Our genetic makeup plays a significant role in how our bodies respond to different nutrients. Each individual's genetic composition significantly influences dietary preferences, tolerances, and responses to various foods. As science has advanced, it has become clear that genes influence not only our metabolism but also our susceptibility to certain health conditions.
