About this ebook

Welcome to my debut poetry collection, a venture into the eerie and macabre that has always held a mysterious allure for me. In the shadowy corners of horror, I discovered a canvas where emotions unfold in the most chilling and captivating ways. Drawing inspiration from the master of the macabre, Edgar Allan Poe, and the dark tales whispered in hushed tones on sinister streets, my verses weave a tapestry of suspense and disquiet.

This collection marks my first foray into the world of poetic expression, a journey fueled by a fascination with horror movies and the spine-tingling narratives that emerge from the obscure recesses of the night.

As you delve into the verses, I invite you to immerse yourself fully in the experience. Consider dimming the lights, or better yet, let the soft glow of a candle accompany your reading. The ambiance created by the flickering flame adds a visceral layer to the stories I've carefully crafted for you.

Prepare to be transported to a realm where the boundary between reality and the supernatural blurs, and each verse casts a lingering spell.

Welcome to the shadows, where my words beckon you to explore the haunting landscapes of the unknown.

Enjoy the journey, and may the tales I've woven linger in your thoughts long after the candle has burned down.

No evil dooms us hopelessly except the evil we love, and desire to continue in, and make no effort to escape from.

    The Phantom in Porcelain

In the quiet corner, Marianne resides,

A doll with thoughts that blackness hides.

Big blue eyes, shimmering in the night,

Yet within, a malevolent, haunting sight.

Her porcelain facade, a mask serene,

onceals the dimness of the unseen sheen.

Thoughts of murder dance in her mind,

A doll alive, but of a different kind.

Through the hallowed air, the shrieks resound,

    Discordant hymn, the phantom's surroundings.

Her presence, a specter in the moon's dim light,

Living doll in shadows at night.

The ancient force that hinders, grim and old,

Leaves the mansion groaning, a tale untold.
