Patrik Musollaj

    Introduction

Whether consciously or unconsciously, we Counter Strike players shape our lives according to rules deeply embedded in our being, a code we have internalized. Some call these rules morality. Some call them religion. I call them the Counter Strike Code.

Throughout generations, people have tried to adhere to these rules without really understanding what it was all about. Is it okay to continue shooting a player after they've died? How should I behave before and after a game? What does Rush B mean?

For the first time, I have now put these rules on paper, the rules that Counter-Strike players have followed since the dawn of history …

If not even longer. The rules of the Counter-Strike Code have, until now, only been passed down orally. Thus, I have traveled the lands of the world tirelessly to gather all the code’s scattered fragments and write them down. I didn't want to create a guide in the style of How to behave in Counter-Strike? But if people understand the Counter-Strike Code as such and pass down this compendium of knowledge from one generation to the next, it will surely bring a tear to my eye.

    I sincerely hope
