    Mindful Breathing Exercise

    Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes, if you feel comfortable doing so. Take a few deep breaths to relax. Now, shift your focus to your breath. Pay close attention to each inhale and exhale. Notice the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your nostrils or the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring your attention back to your breath without judgment. Continue this practice for 5-10 minutes, gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable.
