Introduction
Life is more than just occasional sadness or a brief setback. For many, it's an unyielding burden that presses down constantly. Every morning begins with a heart filled with dread, a mind overshadowed by despair, and a body in inexplicable pain.
Scroll through social media, and you'll find countless influencers preaching positivity. They assure you, It's okay not to be okay.
Friends might chime in, saying, Your feelings are valid.
But these words offer only temporary comfort. They don't address the deep pain of medication-resistant depression, the frustration of chronic pain that even doctors can't explain, or the crippling anxiety that feels like an imminent explosion.
Many people assume that depression is about experiencing occasional blues or minor worries. However, for some, depression is a persistent dark cloud overshadowing every moment of happiness. It's about enduring pain that makes even the most straightforward tasks feel like monumental challenges.
And then there's anxiety. It's not just the brief stress about an upcoming event. It's the kind that ambushes you out of nowhere, making your heart race as you drive, making the world seem like it's spiraling out of control.
Overwhelming Panic that feels like the world is crashing down, like smoke might start pouring out of your ears at any moment, with your heart beating so fiercely that it feels like it could burst.
The 3 Things Method
MANY LABELS LIKE ANXIETY, Panic Attacks, PTSD, Depression, and Chronic Pain describe the struggles of the mind and body. But there are issues with how we traditionally think about these problems. book because it isn’t. It’s a small book, written with a lot of triads, a lot of things in threes. The methods documented are used against the formidable trio of Depression, Anxiety, and Chronic Pain. The core tenets of this method are fractions, memories, and timelines.
● Fractions are parts of our Mind, Body, and Spirit.
● Memories consist of stimuli, facts, and emotions.
● Timelines consist of the Immutable Past, Illusive Present, and Unreachable Future. The insights here are distilled from raw, firsthand experiences.

create empty spaces or voids in the triad of our wholeness of – mind, body, and spirit. These spaces get filled with negativity and darkness, which stop us from enjoying the present and striving towards the future.
This negativity, born from fractions, can lead to many problems discussed earlier, especially Anxiety, Depression, and Chronic Pain. They hold us back from living our best lives.
