She hopes her story will inspire you to find your own true passion, whether it is art or something else entirely.

Reviews for Color Me Creative
2 ratings1 review
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I know it seems weird to include a coloring book on this site - you may ask, how does one read a coloring book? I’ve been following Kristina Webb on Instagram for awhile now - she is a beautiful artist and her coloring book is not just inspiring, but contains a biography of her as well!
How does one go about reviewing a coloring book? Especially one with a biography of a 16 year old - what could she have to share about her life already? More than most, I can guarantee!
Though still only a teenager, Kristina Webb’s artwork has garnered her thousands of Instagram followers and inspired countless young girls to express themselves through art. As a lover of coloring and design (my college diploma includes a studio arts minor), I was very excited when the adult coloring craze kicked off - I never stopped coloring and for most of my young adult life, Disney princess coloring books were the only ones available to coloring enthusiasts like myself. Unfortunately, the market quickly became saturated with every middling mediocre line artist trying to jump on the bandwagon and put out their own coloring book. Finding a good one now is not unlike finding a diamond in the rough and Kristina’s Color Me Creative is that diamond.
Included in the book are examples of her art, the art that inspired the coloring book as well as a scrapbook style biography at the beginning. What Kristina has done for young girls already in her relatively short life by giving them an outlet for their creativity in a day and age when arts funding is usually the first to go in schools is absolutely inspiring.

Dedication
This book is dedicated to my wonderful followers—the people who have taken the time out of their day to leave comments full of kindness and support, those who have endlessly encouraged me and made me feel loved. Not to mention everyone who has helped me discover my purpose in this world. You have all changed my life more than you could ever imagine. You’ve made my dreams come true, and I know that it is because of you guys that you are reading these very words on this very page. Thank you—I simply can’t say it enough.
In all honesty, I wish I could jump through this page and give you a massive bear hug to show you just how thankful I am. Unfortunately, technology isn’t quite at that stage . . . plus it’d probably give you a huge fright and freak you out, which wouldn’t be the best start to this book! Love you all and hope you enjoy!

A Little Bit About Me
My story begins in the very small yet beautiful country of New Zealand. I was born on September 8, 1995, in the city of Tauranga. My entrance into the world didn’t go all that smoothly. According to my mom, it took a little while for me to figure out how to breathe, and within seconds I was turning a lovely shade of blue, which is always a great start to life! The nurses rushed off to fix me and I was returned to my mother shortly after, no longer resembling a blueberry. Apparently, I cried so much at the hospital that my mom ended up getting her own private room for the entire week, which she really appreciated (you’re welcome, Mom).
After a wonderful week in that private hospital room I was taken home to meet my very energetic three-year-old sister, Rochelle, to start my role in life as her new toy.

Baby Kristina
Prior to me being born, my parents had purchased Rochelle a very realistic baby doll, but no, that just wouldn’t do. She wanted the real thing and did NOT like to share!
Real thing!

Thankfully, Rochelle had some very strict rules with this new toy
of hers. She was only allowed to hold me if she was sitting down and being supervised. However, being the little troublemaker that she was, a short
